Siu Mai

due to the inability to get dim sum in Glasgow (or rather price that doesn't make any sense), i made my own dim sum yay!

of coz with the help from my housemate HY, thanks.


ok, i didnt just make 5, i think i made about ... let see, 20+ siu mai. this one is for EW. luckily she still has her taste bud working. see that strepsils over there? yes, she got virus @@

ingredient for siu mai?
-pork (chicken also can but not really sure)
-wonton skin (yes i wrapped them like in a hurry, HY's siu mai wrapping was perfect although she took whole 10mins to make one while i made about 6-7)
-sauces for pork: soy sauce, chilli oil, hoi sin sauce, sesame oil, starch.... wat else, salt? pepper?

*still feels damn proud* lol
